They have selected times that specific groups can jump including Toddler Time, Club Air time which is for kids over the age of 9, and then Special Time Just for You is set aside for children with special needs. It is a lot of fun and a great way to stay active!

When the weather is nice and you want to get outside and be active, go to the Greenway! The trails are perfect for walking, running, or biking. It is said that both spending time outside and exercising makes you happier, so why not do both at the same time?   Download the Piedmont Discovery App to search hundreds of local parks, trails and recreation opportunities in the High Point-Greensboro area.

Yoga is a great way to destress and give your body the exercise it needs. Pure Light Yoga is a local yoga studio, located inside of DeBeen Espresso, offering yoga classes from beginner to experienced. There are classes all throughout the day, so you can attend any class that best fits your busy schedule.

Treat Yourself to a Spa Day
It’s equally important for your body to relax as it is to eat clean and exercise.  There are a handful of exceptional spas right here in the Triad. If you have a Hand & Stone membership, they recently opened a store in High Point. More local spas include About Face, Rituals, Tranquil Touch, Massage Envy, and Balanced Day Spa. You can treat yourself to anything from massages, facials and even hair removal treatments. All of these are in the High Point area making it easier to access all the pampering you deserve!

You can get your exercise in for the day and have fun at the same time!

Eat at More Healthy Restaurants
It’s sometime hard to choose a healthy meal when we are on the go.  Luckily in High Point we have some healthier options like Alexandria’s Hamilton Street Bistro! Fresh ingredients and made to order, Alexandria’s offer plenty of choices.  Beet lovers: Do not pass up the Beet Salad! Very tasty and full of nutrients.  Colder days call for their famous Tomato Bisque Soup! Pair that with a sandwich and you have yourself a meal!   The Blue Zucchini is another great restaurant that offers healthier options.  If bread is on your diet, you definitely have plenty of options to choose from and will enjoy as all their bread is homemade.  A personal favorite is their Zurk sandwich piled with turkey, zucchini, sprouts, havarti cheese, sundried tomato aioli, on a warm focaccia bread.  In addition to these gems, you can find a larger selection of restaurants on our website.
